Heather Kotis is the founder of SKIN and INK Lab, a premier paramedical and cosmetic tattoo studio based in Central Florida. A devoted mother of three boys, Heather discovered her passion for paramedical and cosmetic tattooing through her desire to help others feel confident and empowered in their own skin.

She is a Certified, Licensed, and Insured Tattoo Artist with specialized training in Scalp Micropigmentation, 3D Nipple & Areola Restoration and Reconstruction, Inkless Scar Lightening, Stretch Mark Revision, Lip Blush Enhancement, and Dark Lip Neutralization. In addition to tattooing services, she also offers non-laser brow tattoo removal, custom airbrush tanning, and professional hair braiding for all ages.

Heather finds deep fulfillment in restoring confidence to those who have experienced physical trauma or changes, such as individuals who have undergone cancer treatment and breast removal surgery. Whether it's recreating the appearance of breasts and nipples, restoring the illusion of fuller hair, camouflaging scars and stretch marks, enhancing lips without injectables, or helping someone start fresh by removing an old brow tattoo—every transformation is deeply meaningful to her.
